Candle comes in a 10 oz glass white jar, with bamboo lid, Pet-Friendly Coco Apricot Luxe Wax. 7.5 Net OZ and 35-45 hours burn time.

How to Order (Quick & Easy)
- Select your scent and add it to the cart, and purchase
- Email your dog’s name + photos or video to vita@woofandwick.com
- We’ll design your custom label and send a digital proof for approval.
- Once you approve, we will finish your candle and ship it within 3 to 5 days of approval.
Photo & Video Guidelines (for best results)
Photos (for the label, which opens by QR code):
- Minimum 1500 × 1500 px (higher is better), JPG or PNG
- Clear, well-lit image; subject centered; no heavy filters
- Prefer square; portrait works (we’ll crop if needed)
Video (opens by QR code):
- Up to 60 seconds, .MP4 or .MOV
- Vertical 9:16 or horizontal 16:9
- Under 100 MB (or share a cloud link in your email)
- Tip: record in good light; keep the dog as the star!

Changes & Edit
- If you need to edit or change your photo before it is approved, please email us at vita@woofandwick.com and we’ll update it.
- Once the proof is approved and the design is finalized, no further changes can be made.

We want you to be obsessed with your candle. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the Issue, and we will replace it at no cost to you.
