Refund policy

At Woof & Wick, each candle is thoughtfully hand-poured in small batches. Because of the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on used or opened candles.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at vita@woofandwick.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund once the issue is verified.

Unused & Unopened Items

Unused, unopened candles may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Final Sale Items

Sale items, gift cards, and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Safety Note

For the safety of our customers and pets, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been lit or tampered with
