At Woof & Wick, each candle is hand-poured in small batches with care. Please allow processing time before shipment so we can ensure every order meets our quality standards.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We currently ship within the United States.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on carrier and destination. Estimated delivery windows are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Weather & Seasonal Delays
Extreme temperatures, weather conditions, or carrier delays may impact shipping times. We recommend bringing your candle indoors promptly upon delivery to preserve quality.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at vita@woofandwick.com with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Woof & Wick is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
